This specialty espresso lot comes from Uraga Woreda, Ethiopia, grown at 2100-2250 masl in fertile red soils with ideal climate conditions. Processed at the Siko washing station, which partners with 500 local farmers dedicated to producing high-quality coffee through meticulous handpicking and sorting. Alemayehu Sali is the manager on site and his job is to ensre that the coffee is perfectly poccesed and sorted. Cherries undergoes 36-48 hours of wet fermentation, a 4-hour soak, and careful drying on African beds, ensuring bright acidity and flavour clarity.
Named “Magarissa” in the Oromiffa language, this coffee offers a balanced profile with notes of sweet berries, chamomile, herbs, and citrus.
