Kamwangi PB - Kenya

Produced by the Kamwangi Factory under the New Ngariama Farmers Cooperative Society, this coffee reflects the dedication of approximately 1000 smallholder farmers cultivating SL 34 (90%), SL28, K7, and Ruiru 11 varietals at altitudes of 1500-1800 meters.

Nestled near Embu town, the Kamwangi Factory employs sustainable practices, including water recycling and waste treatment, and holds Rainforest Alliance certification. Using a meticulous fully-washed process, the cherries undergo dry fermentation, density grading, and sun-drying on African beds to develop their distinct flavor profile.

The New Ngariama Cooperative, renowned for quality and fair returns, has been a trusted partner since 2016, ensuring farmers receive significant premiums and support for education and farming needs.
