Grown with care at Finca Aurora, Parameira Experimnetal Natural is a standout coffee crafted for specialty coffee lovers. This exceptional coffee is cultivated using sustainable practices that honor the local ecosystem, ensuring both quality and environmental responsibility. The Ferrufino family, with decades of coffee expertise, carefully oversees every step—from handpicking ripe cherries to natural processing—allowing the beans to develop deep, complex flavors.
The experimental natural processing method enhances the coffee’s sweetness, body and fruitiness, making it an excellent choice for filter coffee. After selective handpicking, cherry is closed in dry, airtight tanks where it ferments for 4 days. After fermentation, cherry is laid to dry on raised beds. It takes about 35 days for cherry to dry. Finca Aurora is one of the first farms in Nicaragua with a fully integrated coffee operation on-site. They produce, wash and dry the coffee at the farm. The coffee is milled, sorted and bagged at Beneficio Finca Aurora under the watchful eye of the farm’s team. This allows full control over the quality throughout the process. This results in a rich and layered cup with vibrant notes of strawberry shake, white chocolate, and a hint of floral undertones and cocoa nibs.
