With a focus on sustainability and quality, this lot is made from the Catuai variety, processed using the honey method. This technique leaves the mucilage intact during drying, imparting a natural sweetness while preserving environmental resources. Sun-dried on raised beds, the meticulous process ensures a clean, sweet, and balanced cup profile.
The Campos Family began their journey in specialty coffee in 2014, driven by the desire to create a sustainable livelihood and escape the low prices offered by large mills. Guided by Senel Campos, who has been cultivating coffee since the age of 12, the family has transformed their farm into a thriving operation. By combining innovative practices like natural microorganism pest control and shaded cultivation with traditional care, they have built a legacy of quality and sustainability.
