The ripe cherries are carefully selected and processed at the Buku Sayisa washing station, undergoing anaerobic fermentation to enhance complexity and depth.

Expect a vibrant and boozy cup with Ethiopia’s signature floral elegance. Notes of berry fruit, orange candy, and banana candy shine through, followed by a long, funky aftertaste with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg.
