Roasted nuts covered in caramel belong to Czech confectionery just like chocolate. And so I joined forces with the famous confectionery Myšák and cooked a delicacy for you, in which we combined Myšák's famous griliáš with our 63% chocolate. The confectionery in the heart of Prague, known for its traditional Czech desserts and beautiful interior, was founded in 1911 by František Myšák. Although the competition was huge (over 700 confectioneries were operating in Prague at the time), his company soon gained the best reputation - mainly thanks to the emphasis on the high quality of raw materials. Even President Masaryk himself had an apricot cake from Myšák at his 80th birthday celebration.

Today, the Ambiente Restaurats group continues the reputation of the patisserie in the First Republic. Under the baton of Lukáš Pohl, Myšák returns to the times when honesty, respect for craftsmanship reigned among confectioners and quality was viewed without compromise. Such were the values ​​of František Myšák, which we believe we managed to imprint in this chocolate bar as well.
