The British company Watchhouse has rocketed into the sights of coffee lovers in London thanks to the precision and training program of its baristas.
The head of the coffee program, Ryan Garrick, has a huge part to play in this, who shared with us the training system with which he approaches baristas. His training approach helped him win the UK brewers cup 2020 title and the bronze bar in the Barista UK 2020 category for his colleagues. At the beginning of 2020, he became one of the judges of the brewers cup in the Czech Republic and will also share his view of the Czech competition scene. What's the London scene like?
